We are hiring a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create smooth and durable finishes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and repairing them
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials using hand tools or spray equipment
- Create decorative textures and finishes by using different techniques such as stucco, troweling, or sanding
- Apply coats of plaster to walls or ceilings using trowels or sprayers
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure surfaces are level
- Install corner beads and trim around windows and doors
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Basic understanding of math calculations for measuring materials needed
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Fluent English speaking skills preferred but not mandatory
