Job Title: Project Manager - Monte-Carlo


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project resources and ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and expectations
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana is preferred

Salary: $1100 per month

This position does not include accommodation; therefore, candidates must already be based in Monte-Carlo or willing to relocate at their own expense. Visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities.
