Bricklayer

As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials. You will work primarily on construction sites, but may also be involved in restoration or repair projects. Your duties will include measuring and cutting materials to fit specific locations, preparing surfaces for bonding, mixing mortar or grout, and laying bricks or blocks in an organized pattern. You may also be required to read blueprints or follow written instructions to ensure accuracy in your work. This physically demanding role requires strength, endurance, and attention to detail. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Location: Moscow (Preference for Indian Nationals)

Salary: 1300$ per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bricklayer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific locations
- Prepare surfaces for bonding by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Lay bricks or blocks in an organized pattern using tools such as trowels, levels, and plumb lines
- Ensure that structures are level and plumb by using spirit levels or laser levels
- Repair any damaged brickwork by replacing broken bricks or filling gaps with mortar
- Read blueprints or follow written instructions to ensure accuracy in your work
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Clean tools and equipment after each shift

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Apprenticeship or vocational training in masonry preferred
- Certification in masonry a plus
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
