We are seeking an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst to join our team in Funchal. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security risks and threats to our company's systems and data. This includes conducting vulnerability assessments, implementing security measures, and responding to security incidents. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in information security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Implement security measures, such as firewalls, encryption methods, and access controls, to protect our systems and data.
- Monitor networks and systems for security breaches or suspicious activity.
- Investigate security incidents and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with information security policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and databases.
- Knowledge of common information security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001) is a plus.
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Nmap.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary: 1800$ per month
