Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Faisalabad, Pakistan



We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organized Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, assisting with their requests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services and local attractions
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment or other activities
- Handle guest requests efficiently and promptly
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
