Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs and requests are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other events
- Coordinate transportation for guests, including arranging airport transfers
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests
- Monitor guest feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining inventory of supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
