Locksmith Technician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and security systems for residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of locks, including mechanical, electronic, and combination locks
- Cut keys for various types of locks using specialized equipment
- Provide lockout services for customers who have lost their keys or locked themselves out
- Assess security needs of clients and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install and maintain security systems such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Locksmith Technician
- Proficient in using specialized locksmith tools and equipment
- Knowledge of different types of locks and their functions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work on-call shifts including evenings and weekends

Salary: $1400 per month
