Senior Computer Systems Analyst

The Senior Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and designing complex computer systems and providing technical support to ensure efficient operation. This position requires expertise in programming languages, database management, and system development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement in systems and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business units to understand their needs and propose solutions
- Design, develop, and implement computer systems based on business requirements
- Test and debug new systems to ensure functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Develop user manuals and provide training to users on new systems
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with database management, including SQL and Oracle
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Candidates from Pakistan preferred)

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Visa Sponsorship: Yes (free visa provided)

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel may be required for training or project meetings.
