Plasterboard Worker (Las Vegas)


We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and repairing plasterboard on various construction projects. This is a full-time, English-speaking position with a salary of $1000 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Measuring and cutting plasterboard to fit specific areas
- Installing plasterboard on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Repairing damaged plasterboard by patching, sanding, and smoothing surfaces
- Applying tape and joint compound to seal seams and create smooth finish
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with various types of plasterboard materials and their uses
- Knowledge of techniques for applying joint compound, taping, sanding, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience working in English-speaking environments
- Valid work visa for the United States (if not a US citizen)
- Willingness to work without accommodation provided
