Online Tutor

As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing virtual instruction to students in various subjects and grade levels. You will use online platforms and tools to facilitate interactive and engaging lessons, while also providing individualized support and feedback to students. This role requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners. You will work remotely from your home in Karachi, with a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective online lessons based on student needs and curriculum standards
- Use various online tools and resources to enhance learning and engagement
- Provide individualized support and feedback to students
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Stay updated on current educational trends and strategies for virtual instruction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with students in an instructional capacity (teaching/tutoring)
- Strong knowledge of subject matter (varies based on subject tutored)
- Familiarity with technology used for virtual instruction (e.g. Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently from a remote location without direct supervision

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
