Job Title: Online Consultant

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for customer service? Our company is seeking an Online Consultant to join our team in Funchal! As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients through online channels. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, and accommodation is provided for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues
- Assist clients in navigating our website and using our services
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or support preferred
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
