Contract Construction Manager

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Create and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety procedures are being followed
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proven track record in managing successful construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Manama, Bahrain

This is a contract position with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to male candidates. Must have own visa for employment in Bahrain.
