As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. Your main duties will include planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress according to plans
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates, changes, and deadlines
- Oversee the hiring of construction workers and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to complete tasks effectively
- Collaborate with vendors to procure materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements for construction projects
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
