Moderator for Indian Community in Moscow

As a Moderator for the Indian community in Moscow, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive online environment for Indian expats living in Moscow. Your main duties will include monitoring and moderating discussions, resolving conflicts and issues, and ensuring that all members adhere to community guidelines. You will also be responsible for organizing events and activities to bring the community together.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi or another Indian language
- Basic understanding of Russian language
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of Indian culture and traditions
- Experience in moderating online communities is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with patience and tact
- Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in organizing events

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Moscow, Russia (no English language skills required)

Type of employment: Full-time
