IT Manager - Herzliya, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance and management of all information technology systems and infrastructure within our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage the company's overall IT strategy
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of all technology systems
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary updates and upgrades as needed
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and provide solutions to enhance business operations
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors for hardware, software and other IT services
- Develop disaster recovery plans and implement data backup procedures
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network security, data management, system administration and project management principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Experience negotiating contracts with external vendors is preferred

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. This position is open to Indian candidates who have a valid biometric passport. Due to the nature of this role, English language proficiency is not required. This is a part-time job without accommodation provided.
