Personal Trainer for Health and Wellness Center in Sheduva


We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our team at our health and wellness center in Sheduva. As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs and nutrition plans. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their current fitness level, health history, and goals
- Design personalized exercise programs that are tailored to the individual needs of each client
- Provide instruction on proper form, technique, and safety during exercise sessions
- Motivate and encourage clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Track client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans as needed
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving optimal health and wellness
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients at all times

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or related field from an accredited organization
- Previous experience working as a personal trainer preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for extension)
