Hotel Sales Manager
A luxury hotel in Lahore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts to secure group bookings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Negotiate contracts to secure group bookings and events
- Create sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience during their stay or event
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport required for international travel
