Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Conduct market research to keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and packages for targeted client segments
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client information in the hotel's CRM system
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
- Work closely with the hotel's operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$, along with accommodation for our employees. This is a contract job open to all nationalities. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
