DevOps Developer


Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, automating processes, and implementing DevOps best practices. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Automate processes using tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications
- Implement security measures to protect the infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Developer or similar role
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins or GitLab
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash or Ruby
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Prometheus is a plus
- Good understanding of security protocols and measures for cloud infrastructure

Personal Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon but open for remote work.
