Office Assistant in Braga, Portugal
As an Office Assistant in our Braga office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our team, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is able to multitask and handle various duties efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and emails
- Prepare and maintain office documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Keep the office area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Salary: 1100$ per month + benefits (includes free visa and ticket)
Location: This position is based in Braga, Portugal.
