Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve managing and coordinating daily operations, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Monitor office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1400$
Location: Lusail
