Part-Time English Speaking Collector in Dubrovnik


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time English Speaking Collector in Dubrovnik. As a collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals who have outstanding debts and working with them to arrange payment plans. This job is open to both men and women, and Canadian citizens are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent customers via phone, email, or mail to discuss payment options
- Negotiate payment plans and follow up with customers to ensure payment deadlines are met
- Document all communication and progress in customer accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
