Freelance Translator


We are looking for a skilled Freelance Translator to join our team in Moscow. As a Freelance Translator, you will be responsible for translating various documents and materials from English to Russian and vice versa. This role requires excellent language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Translate written materials from English to Russian and vice versa accurately and efficiently
- Ensure translated documents maintain the original meaning and tone
- Conduct research on unfamiliar terms or industry-specific terminology
- Proofread translated materials for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Submit completed translations within designated timelines
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure accuracy and consistency in translations

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Russian
- Proven experience as a translator or similar role
- Knowledge of translation software tools (e.g. SDL Trados)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
