The role will involve collecting, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical methods
- Develop data models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis
- Present findings in clear and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively
to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques
- Experience working in agile environments
