We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in the beautiful city of Almada, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to execute projects efficiently and effectively
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve project outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
