Seasonal Concierge in Almada, Portugal

We are looking for a friendly and organized Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. This is a seasonal position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
