Concierge Specialist
As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests at our hotel in Almada. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests and assist them with their inquiries, needs, and requests throughout their stay.
Your main duties will include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes, including managing reservations and room assignments
- Providing recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arranging transportation services for guests
- Handling guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Managing guest requests such as room service, wake-up calls, or laundry services
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keeping track of inventory for supplies such as toiletries or refreshments in the lobby area
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also be able to multitask effectively and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation provided by the company. We are also open to sponsoring a visa for the right candidate.
