Pastry Chef

A prestigious hotel in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and pastries for our guests to enjoy. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of desserts and pastries for the hotel's dining outlets, banquets, and special events
- Develop new and innovative recipes while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies to ensure availability at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff on proper techniques and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that cater to different dietary restrictions or preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of pastry orders
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes that appeal to our guests' tastes
- Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with kitchen staff

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Experience working in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
- Experience working with international cuisine
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
