- Apply coats of joint compound to cover screws, joints, and corners
- Sand down rough areas to create a smooth surface
- Repair any damaged or uneven areas of plasterboard
- Follow safety guidelines and use proper equipment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterboard Worker/Installer is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with different installation techniques and materials used in the trade
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting plasterboard accurately
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination for precise finishing work
- Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members
