Excavator Operator

We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team in Los Angeles. As an excavator operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment on construction sites. Your daily duties may include excavating and moving earth, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance on the equipment.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in construction work
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load and unload materials, and move earth as directed by the site manager or foreman
- Perform routine maintenance on the excavator to ensure it is running smoothly
- Keep track of fuel levels and perform refueling as needed
- Inspect the equipment before each shift for any potential issues or malfunctions
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures on the job site to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with other construction workers and communicate effectively with them about project needs

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per week. The job may require working long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. As an excavator operator, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions.
