We are hiring a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Jizan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner. This is a seasonal job opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure they are prepared according to guest's specifications
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent overall dining experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
