Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects in Medina, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers, as well as communicating with clients and other stakeholders. Your duties will also include creating and managing project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. You will need strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in construction project management. Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred. This is an urgent job opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with accommodation in Medina for non-local candidates. Fluency in English is required for this role.
