Contract Construction Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia

A leading construction company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress according to plans
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving recommendations
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise
- Mentor and supervise junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)

Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Contract duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
