Job Title: Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Medina! As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. Your main duties will include coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management. This is a part-time position that offers a salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Proven ability to manage budgets and adhere to project timelines
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with diverse teams and managing subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
