Merchandiser for Retail Store in Khasab (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store in Khasab. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring the availability of products in our store. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a creative eye for design.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Ensure the availability of products by monitoring inventory levels
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to coordinate product orders
- Monitor industry trends and adjust displays accordingly
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Train and supervise other merchandising staff as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Familiarity with visual design principles and display techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hindi would be an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Khasab, Oman. Indian nationals are preferred for this role.
