Architectural Technologist

Our architecture firm in Izhevsk is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, drafting, and project management. They must be proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software, as well as possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop and refine design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and make any necessary adjustments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. We welcome applications from Pakistani or Nepali candidates who have experience working in an architecture firm.
