Construction Manager (Egyptian Candidates Only)


Our construction company in Sheduva is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare project progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams on site

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards success
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
