Facade Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Kaunas. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining exterior building facades using your knowledge of materials, techniques, and safety regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. As an English-speaking job, proficiency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the condition of existing facades and determine necessary repairs or replacements
- Design new facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Install new facades according to design plans and safety regulations
- Perform ongoing maintenance on facades to ensure they remain functional and aesthetically pleasing
- Collaborate with team members, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with facades in a professional setting
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, techniques, and safety regulations
- Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with biometric passport systems is preferred but not required
