Office Manager
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the daily operations of our office in Kaunas. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office supplies and equipment, and handle scheduling and correspondence. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Handle all incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments for staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely payments
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Train new employees on office procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1700$ per month
