Senior JAVA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of JAVA and related technologies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, suitable for men with experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality JAVA-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to JAVA development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong proficiency in core JAVA concepts such as OOP, multithreading, data structures, etc.
- Experience with web application development using frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
