We are hiring an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Malindi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to industrial equipment and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear while working with hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor equipment for any defects or malfunctions that may affect the painting process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Proficient in using painting tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and finishes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail with excellent color perception skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various positions

Preferred:
- Experience working in an industrial setting such as manufacturing plants or construction sites
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to painting in an industrial environment
