Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Eschen. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting them with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their overall satisfaction during their stay. This is a seasonal job opportunity, perfect for students or individuals looking for experience in the hospitality industry.

Your main duties will include greeting guests upon arrival, handling check-in and check-out procedures, arranging transportation and reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Excellent communication skills in English are required for this position, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month and provide training for those without prior experience.
