We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate should have prior experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team to ensure successful completion of projects
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide guidance to achieve them
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate with HR for appropriate training programs
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of projects
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to improve team performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Must have own visa for employment in Karachi
