Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that they are meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching, and identifying areas for improvement within the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a related field. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is also preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are not provided, so candidates must already have their own visa to work in Karachi. This position is open to all nationalities, but fluency in English is required as it is the primary language used within the company.
