Part-Time Teamlead in Karachi


We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time Teamlead in Karachi. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of employees, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new team members on company processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Communicate with upper management about project progress, issues, and successes
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be available to work part-time hours in Karachi
