Location: Ar-Ruwais, Kenya


We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding and be able to work with various materials such as steel, aluminum, and other alloys. The Welder will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and using various welding techniques to join parts together.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Operate welding equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and perform necessary repairs or touch-ups
- Follow all safety procedures and practices on the job site
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding (experience with steel is preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc)
- Experience using different types of welding equipment (welder, cutter, grinder)
- Good physical strength and endurance to stand for long periods of time while performing tasks
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure quality welds are produced
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with hazardous materials
