Construction Manager - Moscow, Russia

The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Moscow, Russia. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent project management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction activities, including assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, codes, and regulations
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify any potential issues, and ensure safety protocols are being followed
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, progress reports, etc.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets required standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager overseeing multiple projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, safety protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1400/month
