We are in search of a dedicated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Pokhara, Nepal. As a Concierge, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and assistance to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and reservations as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time
