We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge in the beautiful city of Pokhara, Nepal. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to their rooms
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and amenities
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby area and ensure all facilities are well-maintained
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of local area attractions is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits:
This is a seasonal position with an attractive salary of 1100$. Accommodation will be provided during the employment period. We also offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip tickets to Nepal.
