We are in search of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Utena, Philippines. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural projects, using your technical knowledge and expertise to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate technical drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project compliance with building codes and regulations
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Research new materials and construction techniques to integrate into designs for improved sustainability and cost-effectiveness
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors
